The Process: Insurance Claims in Atlanta Area
Be Aware:
No two houses receive the same amount of damage in a hailstorm. Your neighbor may have sustained extensive damage, and you may have received none. While most of the hail that hits your house may have been too small to cause any damage, a percentage of it may have been large or irregularly shaped, which can cause damage. The damage may not be readily apparent and may not start to leak for some time, but it can be severe.
Hail damage is an insurance loss on your homeowner's policy. Most companies will pay the entire cost, less your deductible, for replacing the roof if it is damaged. The claim is also considered a natural disaster and does not count against you for future rate increases.
We recommend having your roof inspected before settling a claim.
Free Inspection:
If a claim has not already been filed, we will conduct a free inspection of your roof to determine if it meets the criteria for a claim.
Representation & Repair Agreement:
If you want to use ARTECH ROOFING as your contractor for the work specified in your claim, with your authorization one of our representatives will work with your insurance company and its appointed adjuster to discuss all aspects of the claim and make adjustments. We will meet with the adjuster on site, if necessary, to ensure that all damage is fairly evaluated and reported accurately.
If this is your first time processing a large insurance claim we will assist you through all the steps. You will pay no out-of-pocket expense other than your insurance deductible. You may also benefit from upgrades that we sometimes offer as signing incentives. We only use materials of the highest quality; and our employees are experienced and trained to the highest standards.
